1. Automatic Nesting Function for Higher Material Utilization

IGEMS software arranges different parts onto the slab automatically and efficiently to greatly reduce leftover waste. It supports multi-part nesting, and can automatically place smaller parts into hollow spaces or blank cutouts inside larger workpieces.

2. 2D Cutting Simulation & Cutting Path Programming

Before physical cutting, IGEMS enables virtual testing of cutting paths. During simulation, you can fine-tune cutting parameters and verify the rationality of part nesting. This ensures ideal results on the first cutting run, drastically lowering scrap rates and material waste to deliver perfect finished output.

3. 3D Cutting & 3D Simulation Operation

IGEMS supports full simulation of cutting movements based on 3D models. You can program directly on 3D models and visualize every cutting tool path clearly.

During simulation running, the system conducts automatic collision detection. It identifies potential collision risks between the cutting head and workpieces, fixtures or other components in advance, preventing equipment damage and material waste during actual cutting.

In addition, you can preview the whole cutting process, check the rationality of part nesting, and fine-tune cutting parameters to guarantee ideal final cutting results.
