Cold Cutting Technology, Protect Rubber Integrity: Different from traditional thermal cutting methods, the 3020 3A Waterjet Cutting Machine adopts high-pressure pure water jet (or mixed with appropriate abrasive as needed) for cold cutting, which does not generate any heat during the cutting process. This effectively avoids rubber melting, coking, hardening or harmful gas generation, perfectly preserving the original elasticity, durometer and sealing performance of rubber materials, and eliminating the need for secondary processing after cutting.
High Precision & Smooth Cutting Edge: Equipped with high-end servo motor, precision ball screw and linear guide rail, the machine achieves cutting accuracy of ±0.1mm and repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.05mm, which can accurately cut complex geometric shapes, sharp inner corners and intricate notches on rubber materials. The cutting kerf is as narrow as 0.5-1.0mm, which optimizes material utilization and reduces waste. At the same time, the non-contact cutting method ensures that the rubber is not stretched, torn or compressed, and the cutting edge is clean, smooth and burr-free.
Efficient Operation & Flexible Adaptability: The machine has a maximum running speed of 0-13000mm/min, which significantly improves cutting efficiency compared with traditional cutting methods. The 3000×2000mm effective cutting area can meet the cutting needs of large-size rubber sheets, while the programmable Z-axis height and cutting resumption function ensure continuous and stable production. It supports CNC programming and wireless operation, and can quickly switch between different cutting patterns, adapting to small-batch customization and large-scale mass production at the same time.
